1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rogue Pay ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. Rogue Pay is operated by RoguePZH ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Proprietary Software

Rogue Pay is proprietary software owned exclusively by RoguePZH. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of RoguePZH.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access or extract data from the Service
  • Resell, sublicense, lease, or white-label the Service or any part thereof
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Service
  • Use the Service to build a competing product or service
  • Share login credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account

4. Beta Service Disclaimer

Rogue Pay is currently in active beta. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Features may change, be modified, or removed at any time without notice.

5. Payroll Compliance Responsibility

Important: Rogue Pay is a payroll calculation and record-keeping tool. You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local labor laws
  • Accurate classification of workers (employee vs. contractor)
  • Withholding and remitting applicable taxes
  • Maintaining proper payroll records as required by law
  • Verifying the accuracy of all payroll calculations before payment

Rogue Pay does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. Consult qualified professionals for guidance on payroll compliance matters.

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination subject to our data export policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoguePZH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
