Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using Rogue Pay. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Rogue Pay to:

Abuse and Misuse

  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Use the Service for illegal activities or to facilitate illegal employment practices
  • Engage in wage theft, labor law violations, or worker exploitation

Automation and Scraping

  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls
  • Use the API (if applicable) in ways that exceed reasonable use limits

System Exploitation

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Introduce malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
  • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities rather than reporting them

Intellectual Property

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Service or its components
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Remove or alter proprietary notices, trademarks, or branding
  • Create derivative works or competing products based on the Service

3. Account Sharing

Account credentials are for your use only. You may not share login credentials with unauthorized individuals. Each user must have their own account with appropriate role permissions. Admins are responsible for managing user access within their organization.

4. Fair Use

Use the Service in a manner consistent with its intended purpose as a payroll management tool. Excessive or unusual usage patterns that strain system resources may be investigated and may result in account limitations.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us immediately at abuse@roguepzh.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

6. Security Vulnerabilities

If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to security@roguepzh.com. Do not exploit or publicly disclose vulnerabilities. We appreciate responsible disclosure and may recognize security researchers who help us improve the Service.

7. Enforcement and Termination

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP and take appropriate action, including:

  • Warning the account holder
  • Temporarily suspending account access
  • Permanently terminating the account
  • Reporting illegal activities to law enforcement
  • Pursuing legal remedies for damages caused

We may take these actions at our sole discretion, with or without notice, depending on the severity of the violation.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
